Welcome to New England Culinary Institute!
New England Culinary Institute (NECI) has been a leader in culinary arts education since 1980. Our experienced chefs and faculty will provide you with all the skills and training you need to turn your passion into a rewarding career.
NECI's hands-on model immerses you in the culinary arts through our "learn-by-doing" educational approach. At NECI, you will not only understand the essentials, you will practice them until they become second nature in our school-owned restaurants, bakeries and other facilities. You will participate in cooking classes that feature a smaller student/teacher ratio than most cooking schools and culinary arts institutes.
NECI graduates are in high demand, so contact us today.

NECI graduate Alton Brown, creator and host of "Good Eats" on the Food Network says: "If you have a good culinary background, you will have tremendous opportunity in the food industry. I chose NECI because of the intense education which I knew would prepare me for any path I chose."
All programs are taught at NECI's campus in beautiful Montpelier, Vermont. The campus features several school-owned restaurants and facilities, as well as a bakery and a nearby culinary resort and inn.
